german polish cultural projects

In 2005 and 2006 Büro Kopernikus realised numerous cultural projects that artists and arts professionals from both countries jointly developed within two years and that were to lead to a strong and long-lasting collaboration. The projects addressed specific and current questions or needs; they took place within as well outside of the large urban centres. Büro Kopernikus supported established formats such as exhibitions or guest performances, but also developed its very own forms and methods of presentation. Büro Kopernikus participated with its projects in the German-Polish Year 2005/2006, which was initiated by the German and Polish governments.
